In addition, we offer further discounts to all U.S. government agencies, for standing orders and annual supply contracts. In most cases we will not be undersold. If your institution does not have a contract with us, please request your purchasing department to contact us so that we can offer discount prices. We accept orders by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, or on our website.

PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. As the market rates fluctuate, our prices reflect these changes accordingly. ARC is not liable for any typographical errors.
Shipping charges quoted only include transit charges; these shipping charges do not include any applicable taxes, import duties, custom's fees, or other charges incurred by FedEx or other commercial airlines/custom's brokers. Any additional fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN SHIPMENT AND CREDIT POLICY
Prior authorization from ARC is required before a shipment can be returned. Full credit or refund is issued within 30 days of receipt in cases where shipment was incorrectly filled, damaged, or did not meet the specifications as described in the technical data sheet.
LIMITED WARRANTY
At the time of shipment all products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to the accompanying technical specifications and purity data. ARC makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, pertaining to the suitability of the product for any specific application. In case of breach of this warranty the entire liability of ARC will be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
In no case will ARC be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. ARC hereby expressly disclaims any warranty regarding results obtained through use of the products, including without limitation any claim of inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete results. None of the radiochemicals listed in this catalog are intended for use on humans.

NARCOTICS AND DANGEROUS DRUGS
Most controlled substances (narcotic and non-narcotic) offered for sale in this catalog have been classified by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as exempt chemical preparations. Purchase of these substances exactly as described in the catalog does not require DEA Registration, DEA quota, or use of DEA Form 222. Any deviation from the catalog or for synthesis of controlled substances not in the catalog requires full compliance with all DEA requirements.
Narcotics and psychotropic substances are regulated under the United Nations International Narcotics/Psychotropics Control Board.
